$54 - Song birds are found on this sweet new romper from Serendipity and are ready to sing out just for her. The bubble design is adorable and really pops in photographs. The bodice has a square neckline and two blue polka dot ruffles form flutter cap sleeves. The straps fall down the open back. Blue ruffles are also added to the back beneath the elastic waist. The birds are surrounded with flowers, also in vibrant colors. How could we not mention the matching headband that comes with the romper!
